The program directors are cognizant about selecting a group of residents that really meshes well together. The location is one of the greatest in the country. The city has so much to offer, regardless of your interests, be they food, sports, museums, outdoors activities, or night life. Most importantly, the training received at Jefferson is as diverse as the patient population itself. Residents rotate through private, teaching, and community hospitals, getting exposure to a wide spectrum of patients and practice settings.
